Reviewing 2014 So You Can Plan 2015

The end of 2014 is nearly here and a lot of folks are knee deep in planning for 2015. Unfortunately a lot of folks also skip one REALLY important part in their planning, reviewing.

If you don't look at what worked and didn't work this year, you're just gambling again next year. I'm breaking down my 3 priorities for review (although I really do review like EVERYTHING I can) and share why those factors matter most. Those will help me make sure that I'm making smart choices as I plan 2015, and also make sure my business is serving me in all the ways I need it to.
