I realized not long ago that I talk a lot about the fact that I think engagement is critical, I don't talk a lot about why. Today we fix that. I'm breaking down why engagement matters in 4 parts of your business. We'll talk about social media, content, email, and in your presentations (like webinars and speaking engagements).
