US Navy SEAL sniper JP Dinnell was awarded a Silver Star, two Bronze Stars with Valor and the Army Commendation Medal with Valor for his leadership and courage under fire, serving in Task Unit Bruiser, the most highly decorated Special Operations unit of the Iraq War. Today, he's the Director of Experiential Leadership at Echelon Front, the world's premier leadership training company, working with Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
