20. Spruce Up Your Morning Routine

In this episode Michelle shares her journey of finding a morning routine that worked for her.  She had wanted to start a routine for many years but wasn't willing to wake up earlier to do it.

She finally decided that if it was something many other successful people were doing, then she should try it too.  

Once she got over trying to figure out what to do, she started and hasn't looked back!
