We can spend too much time charging hard and end up F**ked and burnout. Or we can spend too much time doinf F all and end up stagnant.
Reflecting and getting yourself in the positive is the goal, then you'll be happier, more fulfilled and avoid burning out.
It's good to push, sometimes you need to go hard to find your edge/limit.
But know that then you'll be forced to take a step back through exhaustion, injury or illness.
