 I'm really excited to talk with you about yes and no. And I'm going to teach you a powerful tool that you can use right away to start thinking a little bit differently about your decisions. I used to just say no to a lot of things that would have nourished me, and I said yes to a lot of things that really depleted me. I was completely working backwards. There is very little that I was saying yes to that would have inspired me.  

Your brain and my brain seem to be constantly answering this unasked question, and that unasked question that your brain is trying to answer is, how can I stay safe and not change? How can I stay safe and not change? So I want to invite you to ask yourself, how could you do a thing that you want to do when you ask it that way? How can I do this thing? You get a completely different answer. This works with big and small and aspirational dreams.
