Feeling stuck or fearful of change? Wish there was a way to experiment with change in a safe and risk free way? Change can be scary, that's for sure. Do you ever wish you could experiment with change without the risk or the hassle of actually changing behaviors? You might be surprised that such a thing does exist and it far more than just imagining the change.

 You can make huge strides in practicing your change through art making. This is, in fact, is a foundational practice in art therapy. Art provides the ideal place to practice expressing ourselves, communicating, knowing ourselves, and understanding what's truly important to us so that we can act on it. The great part about art therapy is that there is no risk in exploring your desires, your wishes and your dreams. It's a way to day dream and to practice your desired change. 

This episode includes my technique of working from the inside to the outside, as well as from the outside to the inside. I include a powerful art technique you can use to practice change.
