Episode 9 sees Andy and Steve go deep into the Mental side of golf. After sharing a response from legendary roving golf reporter Sandy Wedge, the boys take us through their favourite golf psychology books. Discussions then turn to a variety of mental topics such as self perception, reticular activating systems, locus of control and much more. There might not be too many answers on offer but there certainly are a lot of questions and definitely a lot to think about as you stand over the ball for your next shot - just what every golfer needs!
