Whether you love it or hate it, social media is a part of our culture and lives and looks like it won't be going anywhere anytime soon. But even when some hate it, they still get drawn into the mindless scroll perpetuating thoughts of bitterness, jealousy, comparison and even depression. Though too much of anything isn't good for anyone, if you're going to partake in social media then you should do what you can to have a healthy relationship with it. In this episode I share several tips to use and partake in social media intentionally instead of passively to walk away feeling good about your relationship with it instead of letting it be an energy vampire.
