In this episode I share some thoughts with the usage of social media filters and how I began to question my own use with them. As you may remember, filters once started as a much more animated and obvious thing - turning you into the Grinch during the holidays or adding heart eyes during Valentine's Day. But they've since evolved into filters that change the way people look in the most subtle and oftentimes, not subtle ways, that skew features and beauty we perceive as real. Filters used to be a thing that gave my confidence a little boost, but now I see them as something that actually chips away at it. Listen in to how I believe filters may be doing more harm than they are good.
