Welcome back to another quick  'Coffee Catch-up' - a weekly thought from one Mum to another! A 5 minute episode to listen to whilst downing your coffee before the baby wakes up, or you have to start work or head out on the school run!

In this episode, as I prepare to  head off on our annual family holiday, I remind myself that it's my holiday too and if you're prepared to get creative and be a bit flexible, there are still ways that you can carve out a little time for yourself so you can enjoy your holiday too!!
