- Sugar / alcohol is the no1 enemy to surfing gains because it ruins recovery & increases inflammation
- The quiver plays a huge role in your progression ; keep tweaking it forward (and don’t forget to include fins!!)
- If you’re not enjoying a surf, change something
- Fear is excitement with the breaks on - get in and have a crack but if you feel like the fear is too great , then be honest with yourself
- The best surf of your life is when you least expect it - the state of appreciation is already enough
