In this episode I talk about the importance of learning to pause, to give our busy mind a rest from the whirlwind of thoughts constantly occupying it.
Most of us have a constant stream of inner chatter going on in our minds. And if, like me, you have a tendency to be a bit of an overthinker, it can feel quite relentless. So it’s no surprise that sometimes, it does feel like our mind is literally bursting at the seams.
In this episode we explore why it is important to give our overthinking mind a rest, and how we can practise taking a pause from the ongoing chatter in our mind.
