Life involves feeling comfortable and uncomfortable emotions on a daily basis. While most of us have no issue with feeling emotions such as joy, contentment, excitement, and awe, we aren’t so keen on emotions such as anger, impatience, frustration, shame or sadness. Those are much less comfortable to feel.
When we experience difficult emotions, we tend to resist or ignore them. But there is a more skilful way to deal with difficult or uncomfortable emotions.
In this episode, I share some tips on what you can do preventatively, as well as when difficult emotions arise.
