Self-sabotage is often referred to as ‘getting in your own way’ – in other words, we self-sabotage when we deliberately hamper our efforts towards a goal. We create unnecessary problems for ourselves which keep us from taking action and moving towards the goals we want to achieve.
In this episode I explore why we self-sabotage, what self-sabotage might look like (it's not always easy to identify) and how to break the cycle of self-sabotage.
