In today’s fast-paced world, a lot of us have lost the ability to truly be in the moment, to simply be.  Our society glorifies the busy, the juggling, the rushing and the doing. We live our lives running towards the next achievement or milestone. We strive for more, bigger, better, moving the goalposts as soon as we reach them. We tend to spend most of our time in DOING mode with very little time in BEING mode.

In this episode, we look at what each mode entails, how to recognise the mode we are in, and how to intentionally choose whether to be in doing or being mode at any time. 

Consciously choosing which mode you want your mind to be in is a huge step in living intentionally.  And the truth is, the choice is truly yours.
