I am so excited to share one of my favorite manifestation hacks to help you pretty much get what you want, when you want it!

The YES Method

• Always expect success.
• It’s a done deal - create expectations around everything you want. 
• Cut off all other options (not the how, but rather the outcome).
• Release the need for said thing.
• Develop solid expectation and experience “fluke proof magic.”

Journal Prompts

1. Where are you contradicting your desire and your expectation? 
2. Create a powerful positive expectation statement around everything you want, in all areas of your life. 
3. Where in your life have you actually gotten what you’ve wanted (subconsciously)?
