Transparently Aging at Speed

Hello - This episode is another mixed bag - a ranty pre-amble about transparency in light of an interesting week at the elite end of sport and then a speed session on the grass track at Roding Valley Rec, where we meet our old friend the groundsman again who gets himself into less trouble this time.

In the intervals I talk about what happens to us, as runners, as we get older, a subject close to my more slowly beating than ever heart.
