Hello - in this episode we have another recovery ramble, where I run easy and talk about something that is on my mind.
This time, being a balanceatarian within an increasingly chaotic and at conflict world, it's balance that's on my mind so this one is a simple 35 minute jog where I explore balanced and broad perspectives and how to think about and strike balance using a seesaw as a metaphor!
It comes with a health warning - it gets a little dark, a bit cynical, a touch worthy and even a smidge righteous. It isn't really intended to be any of those things in isolation, it's intended to be balanced.
I hope you enjoy it and if not, I hope you enjoy the birdsong and the woodpecker towards the end, or on the basis that being balanced isnt very exciting (something I talk about), I hope you get some sleep!
