This week's session is an endorphin releaser recorded at the Olympic Stadium - get out there, smash it out, forget about the world - it's 4 sets of 800m at 5k pace (or 3 mins whichever comes first), then 400m faster (or 90s which ever comes first).
There is also a pre-amble about the easing of lockdown and the British Athletics Olympic Trials
