Easy run with spice (and mentions of Liverpool FC and Chigley)

In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we are keeping it easy but with a twist or two. Every time you (I) see a person we put in a little surge, and every time you (I) see a squirrel we do some core work. And when we see a deer? well....you'll have to get to the very end for that.....
