Sometimes we're so busy with life that we don't take time to "stop and smell the roses". Life can be so much more enjoyable if we admire and appreciate who and what is around us. We tend to forget to acknowledge the source of the goodness in our lives. Remembering and taking the time to enjoy the people, places, and things that bring us joy and alter our mood in a positive way.
