Having a Titan Mindset causes things to almost become automatic. Take me for instance, I'm up at 3am every morning and in the gym by 4am, I don’t even have to think about it anymore, I just do it; This has caused me to never miss a single workout in my life.  


Being the 4x winner of Mr. Universe, and being on the cover of 539 fitness magazines has taught me many things in life, most important being Mindset.
