RFK secured a HUGE commitment in getting insurance companies to stream line and make a lot of pre authorizations faster, if not instant in a lot of situations. Insurance companies have promised similar before, but RFK did state if the insurance companies do not keep up their end of the agreement he will impose regulations on them.
