Andy is from Wexford and has been in the health and wellness scene the past 15 years

He has amazing story having competed at international level in 2 sports but being forced to retire in once at 21 due to 4 knee surgeries then at 34 due to Lyme disease 

He has fought in the 3 arena as well as sparing and training with UFC champions

His energy is infectious and you can feel it in this episode

He is also the co owner of Urban gym in New Ross Wexford, which is such a great gym and even better community which I had the pleasure of experiencing
