Aoife is from county Armagh and her story starts when her Dad died by suicide when she was only 13.  This turned Aoife’s life upside and left her on a “journey back home”, where she would have many dark days and some incredibly tough battles to overcome

But to see where she is now is truly inspiring.

I was honestly blown away by her strength to speak so openly about all the trauma she has been through with such courage and how it has shaped her to become the incredible human she is today

This is a very raw and real conversation but one that can help so many people
