This week's guest is Victor Menasce. Victor spent the first 25 years of his career in the high tech industry holding C suite roles such as Chief Technology Officer at applied micro circuits, and Chief operating officer at Somerset technologies. 

 In 2009, he became a full time real estate investor. He became an authority on raising capital when he wrote his first book: Magnetic Capital - Raise all the money you need for any worthy venture. He has built up a large following with a podcast called real estate espresso. Since inception, he has posted a short daily episode consistently for years, totally over 1500 podcasts.
