🤔 EP011 - What kind of a man are you? While a seemingly rhetorical question, this is one that will ultimately determine the quality of your relationships, and therefore the quality of your life.

FACT - Masculinity has never been so ambiguous as it is today, which means it’s getting harder and harder for men themselves to define what it means to ‘be a man’. Terms like ‘be the man’ or ‘man up’ are tossed around all the time when nobody seems to have taken the time to clearly define what doing those things entails.
