FACT - Just like in the gym, every rep counts. When you cheat your way through a set we all know that the only person you’re cheating is yourself. I see it all the time with partial reps (when they’re not intentional), shitty form, and rushed tempo (especially eccentric).
The problem lies not in any one rep but when cheating your way through your sets becomes the norm. Both in the gym and life, cheating always catches up to you, so while it may seem like a good decision in the moment, down the road we all inevitably have to face the consequences.
