We are all part of nature and yet many of us are losing touch with it.  When it comes to having a happy menopause re-connecting with nature seems one of the key elements.   

I’ve interviewed many experts on my podcast and if there’s one thing they all have in common, it’s a shared interest with getting out in nature.
