The Melanin Playbook Crew (Herculez, Eyez, Jahmez, Queen, and King1hundred) take the time to put the focus on mental health in the melanin community. The conversation definitely opened up the floor to discuss mental health and what people struggling with in deal with. We also address how 400 years of negative energy consistently affects us today.
