Megan sharess her personal experience and tips for developing a morning routine that has helped her become more organised, less overwhelmed, and more present in her life. She emphasised the importance of preparing the night before, avoiding phone use before bed, and using the 5-4-3-2-1 method to avoid snoozing the alarm. Megan also introduced the Morning Girl Movement program, a six-week program designed to help individuals become morning lovers and create a morning routine that supports their goals and helps them become a healthier version of themselves.
The program includes support, accountability, and tools such as weekly lab calls, an accountability voxer group, morning and evening journal prompts, and meditation recommendations. Megan encouraged others to give themselves the gift of time and try implementing a morning routine to see the positive impact it can have on their lives.
