The 3rd Step: With just the title, you can tell some of the things that I have shared so far about starting a new person, my Philosophy is to talk about the things that most Leaders won't talk about in the beginning. I feel it’s important to Slow Down with your new person a little, versus going for the Juggler with “give me your list”, “let's start calling people”, “come to this event”, etc….. and talk right up front about the things that has been the reasons for so many people walking in & out of this industry.
