The 3rd Philosophy: In training your new people, does it have the L.T.D.’s ? We know there are going to be multiple types of people coming in into the organization and it's imperative that you keep the training in a way that every type of educational level can learn it, duplicate it and pass it down to their teams. This process is called the LTD’s, or is it LEARNABLE, TEACHABLE and DUPLICATABLE.
