On today's episode of the Maybe Tomorrow Podcast, I figured its time to have a conversation about burnout. It’s running rampant in America and its impacting a lot of us, including myself. 

Unfortunately, this past weekend’s reheated meal resulted in an unexpected allergic reaction, but instead of being down for the count, I figured I’d roll with the punches. Please try to ignore the salivation, and shortness of breath, but I still needed to get today’s episode recorded and published. 

So what can we do about it, if anything at all? Well listen in to hear some statistics on burn out, some common symptoms, and my thoughts on things you can do to help manage and improve it over time. These tips aren’t anything new, but when we’re burntout, a reminder of those may be the push we need… and that’s what I’m here to help you out with.
