Zoe Quinn won gold in the 045 cross-country, silver in the 10k and bronze in the 5000m at the recent World Masters Championships. She's a devoted member of Raheny Shamrock AC in Dublin and speaks very fondly of them & the power of athletic clubs to change your life. She discovered running at 38 as a mum of 4 and it reinvigorated her whole life, sending her on a transformative new path that's made her who she is today.
She gives us a great account of her training, running as a vegan; her excellent coach, Paul Brady and doesn't shy away from the secretive but common problem of upset tummies and the consequences for runners!
