Shane Sheridan is a World Masters medallist. We had a great conversation about his starting athletics at 53, his mental approach to racing; his training for Poland and how he believes that masters running doesn't have to be about long distance running. He gives great tips on how to become a masters sprinter. Well worth a listen. This guy runs low 8 seconds for 60m at 64 years of age.
