Paul Forbes, from Scotland is the WR holder for the indoor 800m at 065. He recently won the 800m & 1500m at the World Masters Championship in Finland. We get a great insight into the training involved to do an 800m in 2.14 at 65 years of age and it's great to hear the wisdom that years of experience have brought. Enjoy.
