Michael Cornyn

Michael Cornyn is an 060 middle distance Irish runner. He has numerous national, European and World medals to his name. We discuss his early days in athletics and his achievements then. He has given so much of his time to athletics: volunteering and doing his great 'Masters Home & Away' interviews and on the Meath County Board. He's a very dedicated, loving dad, ferrying his son to his elite triathlon events worldwide and we have a good chat about that too. Enjoy.
