Eoin Everard.

Eoin is a World & European masters 3000m champion. He also has 5 national senior titles, a sub 4 minute mile, a sub 8 3k, sub 14 5k; sub 30 10k and has represented Ireland numerous times. We learn about his elite senior career dealing with nerves and disappointment.
