Ronan Gately is an Irish 055 sprinter with a huge passion for masters athletics. It is this passion which propels this episode more into a celebration of Irish masters athletics and masters athletics in general. Ronan goes through our masters board, the Irish masters records on the domestic and world stage. He also discusses masters coaching and our Olympians who hold amazing records including the M35 1500m of 3.37! This is an episode for everyone who loves masters athletics.
