Mark Williams.

Mark is a multiple World medallist and is part of the 040 4x 800m indoor WR team. He was also Masters Athlete of the Year in the USA in 2019. We have a great chat about his coaching, success lately such as a 2.01.17 800m, his life in running; his role in helping to organise the New Balance Masters Mile race indoors in Boston every year and also his Jamaican heritage along with his love of motorbikes.
