Kojo Kyereme

Kojo is a GB athlete who recently won the M45 1500m and got silver in the 800m at The European Masters Indoor Championships in Poland. He speaks here about his experience and tactics in the 1500m final. We also have a great discussion about his profession as a cardiac physiologist with great detail on his day to day tasks and he gives us some very useful free information on how beneficial exercise is for us but how to mind ourselves too by outlining the dangers that exist. We finally learn about his training, start in athletics and his Ghanaian heritage.
