The NCAA men's basketball tournament resumes tonight with only 16 teams left. Some say this year's March Madness doesn't feel the same. The tourney is changing. You can look directly at the Sweet 16 and see changes. This year, only four conferences are being represented in this round. In every year previously, there were at least seven conferences. Experts say this trend will continue. There are now fewer conferences, and they are also compensating players for their name, image, and likeness (NIL).
