In the Summer of 2014, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge was all the rage on social media. It was a viral sensation. It went away as quickly as it appeared. I shouldn't be shocked, but another challenge is upon us eleven years later. This time, a student organization at the University of South Carolina has brought it back to shine the spotlight on mental health. They posted their first video on social media just a few weeks ago.
