Today's dharma talk is all about breath - our life force. The breath is both in our conscious and unconscious experience; in mindfulness meditation, we take out of the unconscious and bring it into our conscious awareness. There are many ways to anchor the mind. Today, we explore how to use the breath. We practice in meditation together for 20 minutes.
