The first episode of The Magic Sponge Podcast is here! Brien (NRL Physio) and James will be running you through the analysis each week on all things NRL injuries. This will be your weekly one stop shop for all thing injury analysis in the NRL, aiming to be released the morning after the final game of the round each week. We will give you our take on the in game injuries from the round just gone, review the big injury and rehab news from those already in the casualty ward and talk through the implications of certain injuries on things like recovery time, performance and even SuperCoach scoring.

This week we review all the injuries from Round 7 and have a chat to Tom Trbojevic to get an update on how his MCL rehab is going and chat through his past hamstring rehabs.
