Hello folks, welcome to episode six of the show. On this episode, I'm going to discuss why I appreciate yoga so much. For the past six years, it's been a vital part of my physical, mental, and in many different ways even spiritual health. You'll have to excuse me, at certain points in the episode I do repeat myself a few times but that's only because I'm excited and passionate about what I'm discussing that's all:-).
