Just a little rant + story I wanted to share on why nutrition misinformation on social media makes me so upset.
So many popular 'health' accounts are doing more harm than good... and a lot of people are being harmed because of it.
Don't fall for all the BS you see out there.
Unfollow accounts that aren't serving you and block out the noise you constantly hear online.
