Intro - Talking about the Gap Vs Gain
Things I used to believe when starting my fitness/coaching journey:
-The leaner you are, the healthier you are
-You only have to track food if you're trying to lose weight
-The more workouts the better
-Meal plans help people
-Eating 'healthy' would get me to my body goals
-Being super lean = being super happy
-Sleep wasn't that important
-Doing random workouts was better than doing the same workouts
-I thought I could look like people online
-I could figure everything out on my own
